All products shown are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the sale of products without prior notice.

3. Orders and payments

Prices are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely by external service providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Deliveries

Free delivery on all orders (unless otherwise stated).

Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days within Spain.

We cannot be held directly liable for delays beyond our control (such as those caused by carriers or customs).

5. 30-day trial guarantee

All our products come with a 30-day trial guarantee.

If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt.

The product must be returned in good condition and in its original packaging.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish law, the customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of delivery, without having to provide a reason.

 

7. Returns Policy

Once the return has been received and the condition of the product verified, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.

8. Use of the Website

Fraudulent or illegal use of our services is not permitted.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or orders found to be fraudulent.

9. Liability

 

Calientabella is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products.
